Five albums, songwriting credits for a John Turturro film and touring activities covering Canada, Europe and the US have earned Dana LaCroix a loyal following. While folk and roots music reside at the heart of her work, the Canadian-born artist draws from a deeper well that’s also filled with blues, R&B, pop, country and rock, eliciting comparisions to Bonnie Raitt, Eva Cassidy and Maria Muldaur. Her emotive vocalizing, heartfelt, sophisticated songcraft and superb musicianship have attracted such admirers as Canadian legend Gordon Lightfoot, the late Denny Doherty of the Mamas and the Papas, and journalists and radio DJs in the United States, Canada and abroad.

Joining her onstage will be David Restivo on piano, 3-time winner of the National Pianist of the Year Award. Restivo, who has performed with Rob McConnell’s Boss Brass and legendary songwriter Marc Jordan, is listed in the current edition of Canadian Who’s Who. The show will also feature Jakob Rostboll, formerly with Pinetop Perkins and Henry Butler, on drums and percussion.
